The next Honkai Star Rail character banner is ‘Swirl of Heavenly Spear’, which features the five-star character Jing Yuan. It’s accompanied by the ‘Brilliant Fixation’ Light Cone banner, which includes Before Dawn (The Erudition), Jing Yuan’s signature five-star Light Cone. Both banners run from May 17 until June 7 during phase two of the turn-based game‘s 1.0 update.

Current Honkai Star Rail event banner

The current Honkai Star Rail event banner is ‘Butterfly on Swordtip’, which features the five-star character Seele. It’s accompanied by the ‘Brilliant Fixation’ Light Cone banner, which includes In the Night (The Hunt), Seele’s signature five-star Light Cone. You also have a chance to pull the four-star characters Natasha, Hook, and Pela, as well as their own four-star Light Cones: Post-Op Conversation (Abundance), The Moles Welcome You (Destruction), and Good Night and Sleep Well (Nihility). Both banners are scheduled to run until May 17.

Generally, two limited-time event banners run concurrently over the course of a single phase, featuring a limited five-star character and their signature Light Cone. Three other four-star characters and Light Cones appear alongside them, and all have an increased drop rate – effectively, if you were to pull a five-star or four-star on either of these banners, there’s a 50/50 chance that it’ll be one of the characters or Light Cones that feature on the banner itself.
